Our Virtual Annual General Meeting took place on Monday 30th August 2021 at 5.30pm.

The agenda for the AGM included the following:

• Minute of the previous AGM as held during August 2020.
• Receipt of the Chairperson’s report on the Association’s activities during the year 2020/2021.
• Receipt of the Accounts of the Association for the financial year 2020/2021.
• Election of the Board.
• Appointment of the Auditors for the following year.

The Association will be holding its AGM virtually again next year via Zoom
on Monday 30th August 2022 at 5.30pm

Notification of this meeting has been sent to all Share Members and those who confirm attendance will receive papers for the AGM along with an invitation to join the virtual meeting
