Consultation on our Draft Customer Engagement Strategy

This draft Customer Engagement Strategy is a new strategy which replaces the Tenant Participation Strategy and Policy which were overdue for review. We wish to obtain tenants views on how you would wish to engage with Bridgewater. The strategy includes a menu of different ways of engagement. Are there any methods you would prefer and feel we should introduce or reintroduce i.e. short life focus groups, tenant estate / close inspections? Your feedback is important to us.
