Payment Information

For your convenience a number of payment methods are available for paying your rent. Cash payments will only be accepted until 31st of December 2017.

We are still processing debit and credit cards in reception and over the telephone for our customers but they are now being processed by us using the Worldpay Virtual Terminal instead of the old hand held debit/credit card machines.

From 1 January 2018 we will have 2 self serve terminals in reception for any customers coming into the office to pay by debit/credit card. We will continue to accept debit/credit card payments over the phone.

From 1 January 2018 we will cease to take cash payments over the counter from our customer, but customers can still pay in cash by using their Allpay card at any shop displaying the Paypoint Logo or any Post Office.

We have in place many different payment methods for our customers to use. You can choose a method or combination of methods which suits you and your lifestyle.

You can download the Free Bridgewater Housing Association App for your smart phone and use your Debit or Credit Card to make a payment through the app. The app is available through Google Play for Android and the App Store for iOS.

You can also download the Free Allpay App available on Google Play and the App Store. Payments are made using your Debit or Credit Card through your phone, but you will require your 19 digit reference from your Allpay Card in order to make payments.

Call the Allpay 24-hour line on 0844 557 8321. You will require your 19 digit reference from your Allpay Card, as well as your Debit/Credit Card. (calls cost 7 pence per minute plus your phone company’s access charge).

Make a Cash or Debit/Credit Card payment using your Allpay Card at any shop outlets displaying the paypoint sign. Local paypoints include:

  • Spar, Bargarran Shopping Centre, Barrhill Road
  • Park Mains Grocers, Park Glade
  • Bobby’s Bargains, Inchinnan

However other paypoints are available.

Pay at any Post Office using Cash or a Debit/Credit Card, along with your Allpay Card.

TENANTS ONLY: Set up a regular Direct Debit by simply calling our main office at 0141 812 2237. You will require your Allpay Card.

You can make a payment online through this website by clicking “Make a Payment“. A receipt will be sent to your email address. All you need is your Debit or Credit Card.

Set up a regular Standing Order. We can send one of these forms out for you to complete and return to your bank, or alternatively you can set these up yourself directly through your internet banking.

Send a Cheque or Postal Order into the office (please write your Account Number on the back of your cheque or postal order).
