For your convenience a wide variety of payment methods are available for paying your rent or owners’ bills.
Cash payments over the counter at the Bridgewater Office will only be accepted until 22nd December 2017. Debit and credit card payments made at the reception counter and over the telephone are currently still accepted, but will be processed via the Worldpay Virtual Terminal software instead of hand held card machines.
From 1 January 2018 we will have 2 self serve electronic terminals in reception for any customers who wishes to pay by debit/credit card.
Customers wishing to make a card pyament over the phone can take advantage of the flexibility of the 24-hour Allpay payments line on 0844 447 8321 (calls cost 7p/min plus your phone company’s access charge).
Cash payments will no longer be accepted at the Bridgewater Reception counter from 1st January 2018 but customers can still present their Allpay Card at any Post Office or Paypoint outlet to make a cash or card payment over the counter. Local sites include: Park Mains and Bargarran Post Offices, the Spar at Bargarran, and Park Mains Grocers. There are over 39,000 outlets nationwide.

We are committed to providing many different payment methods for our customers, with a focus on both security and convenience. You can choose one or a combination of methods to suit you and your lifestyle commitments.
You can download the Free Bridgewater Housing Association App for your smart phone and use your Debit or Credit Card to make a payment through the app. The app is available through Google Play for Android and the App Store for iOS.
You can also download the Free Allpay App available on Google Play and the App Store. Payments are made using your Debit or Credit Card through your phone, but you will require your 19 digit reference from your Allpay Card in order to make payments.
Call the Allpay 24-hour line on 0844 557 8321. You will require your 19 digit reference from your Allpay Card, as well as your Debit/Credit Card. (calls cost 7 pence per minute plus your phone company’s access charge).
Make a Cash or Debit/Credit Card payment using your Allpay Card at any shop outlets displaying the paypoint sign. Local paypoints include:
- Spar, Bargarran Shopping Centre, Barrhill Road
- Park Mains Grocers, Park Glade
- Bobby’s Bargains, Inchinnan
However other paypoints are available.
Pay at any Post Office using Cash or a Debit/Credit Card, along with your Allpay Card.
TENANTS ONLY: Set up a regular Direct Debit by simply calling our main office at 0141 812 2237. You will require your Allpay Card.
You can make a payment online through this website by clicking “Make a Payment“. A receipt will be sent to your email address. All you need is your Debit or Credit Card, and your customer reference number.
Set up a regular Standing Order. We can send one of these forms out for you to complete and return to your bank, or alternatively you can set these up yourself directly through your internet banking, quoting your customer account number as the payment reference.
Send a Cheque or Postal Order into the office (please write your Account Number on the back of your cheque or postal order).
