Update to Allpay App

Allpay will be upgrading their App on Monday 17th of July with increased functionality.

Customers who use this app will need to download the new version of this app in order to continue to use it. The new app will be available on Monday 17th of June, from 7:00 am.

If you have any issues accessing the app from Monday, download the new version, and if the issue persists, contact Allpay support at: appsupport@allpay.net.

The following features will be added:

  • Payment History – Access to your last 20 debit or credit card transactions made through allpay during the previous six months
    (available on IOS and Android versions only).
  • Security Enhancements – Enhancements have been made to security protocols within the payment process of the app to further
    safeguard any details that are transmitted from the app.
  • Automatic Updater – Rather than having to manually access the app store, future enhancements will redirect you to the app store
    in order to perform an update of the app.
The upgrades will take place at 7:00am on Monday 17th July. In order to use the app after 07:00 am on Monday 17th July you will need to access the application store on your device and perform an update to the latest version of the allpay mobile app.
Please note that following the update, the app will only be supported by the following operating system (OS) versions:
  • Android 4.2.1 and above
  • IOS 5 and above
  • Windows 8.1 and above
