At Bridgewater Housing Association, we are always working to improve the services we provide, and we want to make sure your voice is heard.
This summer, we will be carrying out a Tenant Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback from our tenants. The survey will be carried out by Research Resource, an independent research company, on our behalf.
What you need to know:
- Surveys will mainly take place face-to-face or in some cases by telephone during July and August 2025.
- A trained staff member from Research Resource may visit your home or contact you by telephone to complete the survey.
- All staff from Research Resource will carry official identification and will have a validation letter from Bridgewater which they will present at the time of the survey if face to face.
- All responses are confidential, no personal details will be shared with Bridgewater. This is unless you specify that you wish your response for a specific question to be shared.
- The feedback we get from this survey is very important. It helps us understand what we are doing well, where we need to improve, and what matters most to you. It will also help shape our future plans and decisions.
