1. How do I sign up?

Simply visit mybha.org.uk, then provide the details required. You'll need an email, your date of birth, account number and postcode.

2. I've forgotten my password?

No problem! Simply click "forgotten your password" under your login details, input your email and account number then check details. You can always call our office and we can reset your password from here.

3. I don't know my account number

You can find your account number on most documentation we send you, It'll be a six digit code usually starting with 1, 3 or 5 and sometimes end with a letter.

4. I manage multiple accounts, how do I access these?

You can set up multiple accounts using the friends and family function. Provide the details including account number and mybha can bind these accounts together. If you have trouble doing this, you can always make a request by calling or emailing us for support. We may ask for you to provide details on both accounts to verify it's you.

5. I wish to manage an account on behalf of someone.

You can do this by using the friends and family function! We may ask you to provide Power of Attorney or permission from the account holder in order to do this.
