Pay Your Rent or Factoring Charges


The MyBHA portal offers a convenient way to make payment and manage your account online.

By Direct Debit:

Contact our office on 0141 812 2237 to set up a regular Direct Debit*.

Your rent payment will be collected on the same agreed date every month or more frequently, if required. 

*This service is currently available for Bridgewater's tenanted properties and lock-up rentals.

By Telephone:

To make a card payment over the phone, call our office on 0141 812 2237.

Alternatively, you can call Allpay’s 24-hour automated line on 0330 041 6497, quoting your 19-digit Allpay card number.

With Your Allpay Card:

Present your Allpay swipe card at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet to make payment by cash or debit card.

Please allow three working days for funds to show in your customer account and retain your receipt as proof of payment.

By Standing Order:

You can make payment from your bank account by setting up a regular standing order.  Please contact us on 0141 812 2237 for further details.
